Research On The Application Of Technology To Agricultural Big Data In Mengjin County Agricultural Demonstration

"Food is everything to the people.".As a basic industry,agriculture has always been highly valued by the state.Since 2004,the Central Committee has continuously issued the No.1 Document,which emphasizes the key issue of "Agriculture,rural areas and farmers",which is closely related to people's livelihood,in the process of realizing the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.With the development of information technology,the application of big data technology in agriculture is becoming more and more important.Therefore,how to use big data technology to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural land resources,to meet the needs of China's agricultural development,has become a widespread concern and research issues of government departments and experts.Based on this,this paper makes an empirical study on the application of agricultural big data in the agricultural demonstration area of Mengjin County.As a representative agricultural demonstration area in Luoyang,Mengjin County agricultural demonstration area has made great efforts to promote the application of agricultural big data,and has achieved certain results.Infrastructure construction of agricultural big data has been continuously optimized,the functions of the agricultural information platform have also been continuously improved,relying on the "Intelligent Mengjin" application platform,to promote the positive role of agricultural big data in Mengjin County agricultural demonstration zones in terms of industrial innovation,product sales,precision decision-making,technology promotion,etc..At the same time,there are some problems in the application of agricultural big data in Mengjin County agricultural demonstration area.In order to explore the problem,the application of agricultural big data technology in Mengjin County agricultural demonstration area was further analyzed through field investigation,it is found that there are some problems,such as insufficient technical level,unsound extension system and low acceptance willingness of farmers.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the application of agricultural big data technology in Mengjin County,this paper puts forward that:First,the research and development of agricultural big data technology should be encouraged,and agricultural scientific research institutions should take the initiative to set up farmland demonstration bases to enhance the practicality of big data technology,at the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the training of scientific and technological talents,build a perfect agricultural big data platform,set up an agricultural big data collection network that can collect large amounts of data,and at the same time realize data processing by using different technologies,the problem of improving the insufficient level of technical management.Second,we should improve the agricultural big data technology extension system,give full play to the leading role of the government in the extension system,mobilize the enthusiasm of various departments through increasing the investment in the extension,and set up a reasonable reward and punishment mechanism,improving the professional quality of technical extension personnel.Third,we should enhance farmers' ability to acquire and apply agricultural big data,change farmers'ideas,encourage farmers to participate in technical training,improve their scientific and cultural quality,and promote the extensive use of agricultural big data technology.The application of big data in Mengjin County agricultural demonstration area is a microcosm of the application and popularization of big data in agriculture in China,the research process and conclusions can not only promote the application of agricultural big data in this area,but also be used for reference for the development of agricultural information in other areas.
