Since the concept of big data was put forward by Mc Kinsey Consulting in 2008,big data has attracted more and more attention from countries and fields in the world,and has achieved rapid development.The combination of big data and cloud computing,the Internet of Things,the Internet,mobile Internet and smart devices makes the application of big data technology and other technologies more in-depth,and its applications in various fields are also more extensive.Agriculture,as the most basic industry,also urgently needs to use big data technology to improve the level of agricultural management and the efficiency of production.At present,my country's agricultural informatization construction has inconsistent standards,inconsistent technical frameworks,and inconcentration of data,forming data "chimneys" and data "islands".Agricultural informatization construction is scattered,construction time period is long,various sub-projects and platforms are numerous,low-level repeated construction is serious,operation effect is difficult to meet expectations,and the value of data is not reflected.At the current stage,the national or provincial level is relatively leading in the research and application of agricultural big data,while for the majority of municipal(county)agricultural management departments,they are still in their infancy and need to be targeted based on the actual situation of grassroots agricultural management.Research on agricultural big data at the city and county level.Because the agricultural big data management platform is relatively large overall,I only undertook the preparation of the overall design plan and the realization of the "agricultural new media data monitoring and early warning" sub-platform.The other parts of the subplatform were developed by other colleagues in the team..The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the construction background and current demand status of the agricultural big data management platform,and determine the research content and realization goals of this article,namely: First,compile the overall design plan of the city and county-level agricultural big data management platform,and second,the author himself has realized agriculture Development of the "Agricultural New Media Data Monitoring and Early Warning" subplatform in the big data management platform.(2)In the overall design plan,this article proposes the construction method of the agricultural big data management platform "11321" project,namely,one network(a comprehensive service information network for agriculture,rural areas and farmers),one center(agricultural command and display center),and three middle stations(Smart agricultural data center,technology center,and business center),two platforms(agricultural emergency command and management platform,agriculture,and agriculture one map platform),and docking(agricultural resource integration and docking).(3)In the sub-platform "Agricultural New Media Data Monitoring and Early Warning" realization part,the entire process of data collection,data storage,data analysis,and data visualization is studied,and relevant codes have been written to realize its functions,reaching agriculture-related The goal of real-time data monitoring,analysis and early warning.Through the research and construction of the platform,various types of agricultural application system data have been integrated,a new model of "11321" agricultural big data application has been formed,and the agricultural precision information service capabilities of relevant municipal and county-level departments and agricultural entities have been improved.
