Industry Internet of Things(IIoT)is a key technology which can promotes the transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing. However, discrete manufacturing enterprises do not have enough data collection methods in production workshops, and production data collection is lack of accuracy and real-time.For that purpose, the small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises was employed as the research object. The IIoT cloud platform system was developed with sensor technology,RFID technology and information transmission technology, etc. At start, the data acquisition terminal adopts the ARM of Linux system, which collects the production data of the production workshop site by connecting the hardware such as sensors,RFID and relays. After that the data is transferred to the cloud server through the data transfer module. Finally, managers can obtain real-time production site data through the web to guide production management. In fact, due to the increase of intelligent devices and the large amount of data acquisition and transmission, there is a huge bandwidth pressure when transmitted to the cloud server. In order to ensure the real-time performance of production data acquisition and processing, edge computing technology is introduced. The task assignment problem is studied, and the genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed which integrates the iterative mode of hybridization and mutation based on the particle group algorithm.Experimental results show that compared with PSO and RR,the delay of GAPSO was reduced by 5.8% and 15.4% and Energy consumption was reduced by 4.6%and 14.1% when the number of tasks is 600,respectively.Figure 47;Table 15;Reference 68...
