In the industrial field,in order to improve the safety,it is necessary to design and apply a set of intelligent monitoring system to monitor the complex working environment information inside the factory.A monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks(WSNs)technology was designed to realize real-time monitoring of environmental factors.The system sends the environmental information by sensor nodes to the embedded core board through Zig Bee communication module.Then the embedded core board uses 4G module to communicate and transmit data with the cloud database.Using web front-end technology,the real-time data is successfully transferred in the database and displayed on the network page.Managers can analyze security,adjust policies and take preventive measures according to the data.Because there are many uncontrollable factors in the factory,so the method of random deployment of dynamic and static nodes is adopted.To improve initial coverage rate and mobile path optimization of dynamic nodes,this paper put forward a mobile deployment optimization algorithm based on probabilistic perception model.The ergodicity of quantum genetic algorithm(QGA)can be improved by new gene variation rules,so as to enhance the extent of coverage.2exchange algorithm is used to optimize the path of dynamic nodes moving to the target position.The simulation results showed that in the area of 200 m × 200 m cigarette factory,the random deployment of 50 static nodes and 10 mobile nodes has the best effect,with a coverage rate of 95% and an average moving distance of 24.4m,and the moving paths of dynamic nodes avoid the obstacle area.Moreover,in the same range of average moving distance,the coverage rate is not only better than the dynamic node optimization scheme based on honeycomb structure,but also tends to be comprehensive in the actual deployment environment.Figure 37;Table 11;Reference 76...
