With the integration and development of process control technology and Internet technology,industrial control system is constantly transforming and upgrading.In this process,it is also facing security risks from the Internet.In recent years,security incidents of industrial control network occur frequently in the world,which have caused great damage to social production.It is critical to strengthen the research on industrial control security.However,due to the high reliability and safty requirements,the actual industrial control system can not directly carry out the destructive research work such as vulnerability mining and penetration test,and the related work need to be carried out in industrial control ranges and other experimental environments.Industrial control range plays an important role in security test,attack and defense drill,teaching and training for industrial control system.At present,industrial control ranges and their simulation scenes are mainly in the form of physical or semi physical.This kind of ranges have some problems,such as high construction cost,high maintenance cost,poor scalability and single scene solidification,which are not conducive to popularization and application.Based on the industrial control network simulation range,this paper proposes a virtual scene construction scheme.Firstly,through full demand analysis,the goal of virtual scene construction is defined,and PCBA intelligent manufacturing and intelligent substation are selected as simulation objects.Then,the scene models and information models are established for the simulation objects.PLC programs of nodes in the virtual scenes are developed with ST language,and OPC UA servers are developed according to the OPC UA specification.Finally,we use openstack framework to build a virtualization platform,create virtual networks and instances,use Open PLC to simulate field devices and controllers,and write script tools to complete the automatic deployment and cleaning of virtual scenes.In the end,two virtual scenes are tested,and the PCBA intelligent manufacturing scene is tested by the way of CTF.The test results show that the virtual scenes constructed in this paper conform to the industrial control system specification,support OPC unified architecture,have the advantages of strong scalability,less resource occupation,low cost and convenient maintenance,and are suitable for industrial control network security test,teaching and training.
