With the development of science and technology, the applications of virtual reality technology have expanded from martial field to civil field gradually. The advance and development of VR has made deeply effect on science advance and society development. The application of virtual reality has been extensive day by day especially in modern industry. The research on modelling and human-computer interaction based on virtual reality technology has high value in industrial control, such as simulating performance of equipment in control system, providing scheme of fault, accident investigation and analysis, daily maintenance and training of enterprise employees and so on.This paper mainly studies on the Construct of industrial virtual scene and takes valve plant for example. Beginning with analysing the generating principle of visual scene in virtual scene, the paper studies on the modelling technology and steps of industrial virtual scene, then explores the realizing way of human-computer interaction technology.In view of the complexity of the virtual scene in the industrial virtual environment, industrial equipments are modelled based on the geometric and image modeling theory. The industrial equipments in short distance of the visual using geometric modeling technology, which can obtain the depth information of the virtual object directly and improve real-time interaction. The distant industrial equipments, such as the powerhouse background, using image modelling technology, which could improve the speed of scene drawing greatly.The control of virtual object is used to virtue human-computer interaction of 3D in industry scene. The matrix used in virtual environment is selected to do reverse transform of the projection ray and intersect with the model to test the picking object. The method could save lots of time and access space. To realize the motion control of 3D object, the geometric transform combination such as translation, rotation and scaling are selected.Through the study of modelling technology and interaction control, take valve plant for example, industry equipment geometric 3D map and factory cylindrical panorama are obtained. The construction and control of industry virtual scene have greatly significance to the whole production industry.
