In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the Internet to drive the innovation of industrial informatization,more and more of the industrial control system by the original closed network turn to open the Internet,in resource utilization and improve working efficiency at the same time,the vulnerability of industrial control system also gradually exposed to the perspective of the public,how to ensure the security of industry control system,to reduce the risk of industry control system has become the urgent problem needed to resolve.However,the study of industrial control safety started late,and there is a serious shortage of talents who can deal with the problem of industrial control safety under the background of network and information.At the same time,due to the complexity,specialty and closure of the industrial control system,there are not many software and hardware platforms that can be used for the industrial control safety research and talent cultivation in the market.This paper presents a range of industrial control network based on virtualization technology solutions,first of all,based on the research of the it system analysis,completed the construction of the based platform for industrial control range,realize the management of computing and network resources such as scheduling,at the same time,such as Siemens,schneider,rockwell image file is made of industrial control software system,enrich the image control in the library of reserves,on the basis of using the virtual machine and container technology to realize virtual network control in the hybrid network,improve the load capacity of firing range.Secondly,a virtual industrial control network automatic deployment tool based on Python Open Stack SDK is developed.Combined with the designed XML configuratio n file,the oneclick batch deployment of multi-level network is realized,and the time consumption is reduced by multi-threading technology.Finally,based on Snort,the construction of industrial control protocol detection system was completed to realize the detection and analysis of industrial control traffic in the virtual platform.The experimental data show that the designed industrial control range realizes the virtual simulation of industrial control scene under the condition of low input and low consumption,so that the industrial control safety test can be carried out on the virtual platform.The scheme is simple and easy to implement,with strong popularization,which effectively supports the research and teaching work in the field of industrial control safety.
