At present, when users perform tasks in virtual reality conference scenes, graphical interactive components are presented above the main scene, causing deep conflicts to reduce user attention. At the same time, complex scenes will also affect the user's attention to the target entity.Attention has a strong correlation with advanced cognitive abilities. The quality of attention determines the level of user experience and the quality of the normal work of the meeting. At this stage, the research on virtual reality conferences is mostly focused on the realization of its virtual system and the functional development of basic interactive tasks. Some people have explored the combination of virtual technology and traditional conference mode in order to develop a more convenient and efficient conference mode. However, there are currently few researches on user visual attention in virtual reality conference scenes.Research on user visual attention behavior and psychological performance is the key to ensuring users' sense of reality and immersion. The core of this research is to study the rules of visual behavior of participants and the methods of improving user attention. Therefore,we mainly study two aspects:the interactive tasks and visual attention performance that users need to complete in the virtual meeting scene.First,a virtual meeting scene needs to be built based on human factors engineering. In the experiment, users can perform actions such as viewing, returning, and grabbing when completing human-computer interaction, and record and observe the user's visual behavior through eye trackers and other equipment. Then,in response to the existing problems,we continue to propose two methods of adding aperture blur and edge highlight reminders to improve the user's visual attention in the virtual meeting scene. In this paper, two sets of experimental tasks are designed. The research results initially prove that adding aperture blur and adding edge highlight methods have a positive effect on the improvement of users' visual attention. The research results can be used for attention training such as interior design, virtual games, medicine, education, etc.
