With the development of computer equipment and related technologies,the interaction between human and computer has become a part of daily life.The new generation of human-computer interaction system represented by virtual reality equipment has the characteristics of human-based,multi-mode and intelligent.With the continuous enrichment of digital media,rich media is becoming the main content of digital reading.The perception brought by virtual reality technology enables readers to interact with the reading content in virtual environment through gesture and voice,and to experience a new three-dimensional reading mode different from traditional reading.The current goal and challenge of virtual reality reading is how to make users get a better interactive reading experience.However,the characteristics of users' behavior and motivation in virtual reality experience have not been fully explored.Due to the different behaviors and ways of users in the virtual environment to process information,virtual reality readers present different behavioral characteristics.Indepth knowledge of virtual reality will help understand user's interaction behavior characteristics,influence factors and interaction effect evaluation to help design and development for different types of user focused to meet the needs of the wider.On the other hand,product promotion and market influence segments of user groups make better marketing strategy and product recommendations,and user interaction behavior in virtual environment also has important significance to constructing theory system of related research.Based on related research results of virtual reality user interaction and reading user behavior,this research focused user interaction behavior of virtual reality reading through quantitative and qualitative research methods.This research mainly consists of six parts.Chapter 2 demonstrates the concepts and theories related to virtual reality reading and user interaction behavior,which forms the theoretical basis of this research.Chapter 3 analyzes the mechanism of user interaction process in virtual reality reading experience from the perspective of human-computer interaction,and forms a user interaction process mechanism model with five elements,three levels and two environments,which constitutes the basic research framework of this study.Chapter 4 makes an in-depth analysis of the interactive behavior characteristics of virtual reality readers through a mixed research method combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.In Chapter 5,by extending the technology acceptance model and combining informativeness and interactivity to construct influencing factor model.The structural equation modeling is used to explore influencing factors of the interaction behavior of readers in virtual reality.Chapter 6 comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the user interaction effect of virtual reality reading from the perspective of the user interaction process through five dimensions.Chapter 7 puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the innovation of virtual reality reading user service based on the above research results.The virtual content of each chapter is as follows:Chapter 2 introduces relevant concepts involved in this study and the necessary theoretical basis of the study through sorting out relevant literature.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of virtual reality technology and virtual reality reading experience are expounded.Then this study introduces concepts of humancomputer interaction and the connotation and characteristics of virtual reality user interaction.Finally,the relevant theories of virtual reality user interaction behavior,including Human-Computer Interaction Process Theory,Activity Theory,Distributed Cognition Theory,Theory of Reasoned Action and Visual Perception Theory,lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of user interaction behavior in this study.Chapter 3,based on the theory of human-computer interaction process in virtual reality reading,analyzed the basic elements of virtual reality reading user interaction process and mechanism: five elements as interactive subject,interactive systems,interactive features,interactive content,interface;three interaction layers as user perception layer,interactive system layer and interactive behavior layer;dual environments as virtual environment and real environment.Furthermore,a virtual reality reading user interaction motivation and mechanism system model are built.By systematically analyzing the relevant elements,environment and process involved in user interaction,this paper provides a basic framework and theoretical support for the subsequent studies.Chapter 4 uses a mixed research method combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to investigate the characteristics of virtual reality reading user interactive behavior.In the quantitative analysis phase,this study conducted an experiment to obtain 71 participants interactive behavior data: interaction frequency,success rate of interaction,virtual environment exploration and experience time.Then use the K-means clustering algorithm to analyze user behavioral characteristic and categorize users into three types: interactive experience user,virtual exploration user and traditional reading user.Virtual exploration users have the longest experience time and frequently observe and explore the virtual environment.Interactive experience users generally use interactive functions the most times and have a relatively higher success rate,while traditional reading users have the shortest experience time and the lowest interaction success rate.In the qualitative research phase,we conducted in-depth interviews on the subjective feelings of 14 participants of different user types in the process of reading interactive experience to explore the subjective motivation of user interaction and the potential factors influencing user interaction behavior.This result is of great significance to the understanding of user interaction behavior,and has a strong value for the design and marketing research of improving user interaction experience.Chapter 5 is based on the Theory of Reasoned Action to explore the influencing factors of user interaction behavior in virtual reality reading.Firstly,by combining the two key user perception layer elements obtained in Chapter 3 of this study,the technology acceptance model is reasonably extended,and the influencing factor model of virtual reality reading user interaction behavior is constructed.Then,the influencing factor data of 296 participants in virtual reality reading experience were obtained through experiments and questionnaires,and the data were imported into Amos 24.0 to test the structural equation model and hypothesis.According to the results,perceived informativeness is an important factor affecting perceived usefulness.Perceived interactivity has the greatest impact on perceived enjoyment,and perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment are important factors affecting the use attitude and interaction intention.Finally,the moderating effect of different user genders on the influencing factor model constructed in this chapter is investigated through multi-group analysis.The data results show that female users have more significant influence on ease of use and enjoyment when perceiving interactivity,and female users are more concerned about the utility of VR reading,while male users are more inclined to relate to the pleasure brought by VR reading.The results also provide a meaningful reference for virtual reality device manufacturers.Chapter 6 evaluates and analyzes the human-computer interaction effects of virtual reality reading based on the existing research on virtual reality experience and information system service evaluation combined with the characteristics of virtual reality reading.Firstly,from the perspective of human-computer interaction process,an evaluation index system consisting of five dimensions including interactive subject,interactive system,interactive function,interactive content,interactive interface and 20 indexes is constructed,and the rationality of the index system is tested and corrected through exploratory factor analysis.Then the evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to carry out empirical analysis with VIVEPAPER as the object.The data results show that the interactive system is the most concerned indicator of VR users,and the influence of interactive content and interface on VR users' interactive reading experience is the weakest compared with other dimensions.Therefore,VR designers and developers should pay more attention to VR interactive system.The secondlevel index data results show that the interaction reliability is the performance index that users pay the most attention to,and users pay more attention to the interaction function and the system itself than to the reading content provided by VR.Based on the above research results,Chapter 7 firstly points out the importance of user interaction service innovation strategy of virtual reality reading users,and then puts forward corresponding service strategy respectively for the three layers of human-computer interaction process in virtual reality reading.More specifically,this study puts forward from the Angle of human-computer interaction behavior layer user interaction experience service strategy;puts forward from the Angle of human-computer interaction perception layer user information literacy leading strategy;from the Angle of human-computer interaction system layer;puts forward the human-computer interaction system service strategy;finally from the perspective of the user interaction process combined with virtual reality development present situation and future trend of reading experience,put forward the virtual reality reading service strategy of product innovation.The results of this study are of great theoretical and practical significance for further understanding the user interactive behavior of virtual reality reading,improving the user interaction experience and interaction effects of virtual reality reading,and popularizing and promoting the application of virtual reality reading.At the theoretical aspect,this study provides a new perspective for the study of user behavior in virtual reality reading,and a theoretical basis for the construction and system improvement of virtual reality reading platform.At the practical aspect,this study guides the function optimization of interactive experience in virtual reality reading,and provides the content of the virtual reality reading experience innovation strategy and the suggestion,and helps the popularity of VR technology and user literacy improvement.In future studies,this study will continue to delve into how different interaction modes of virtual reality impact user perceptions,and user's time allocation on different types of information in virtual reality.This study will also investigate the influential relationship between user information literacy and virtual reality.
