Human-computer interaction technology in Virtual reality is one of the most advanced applications of the human-computer interaction technologies,which is different from traditional desktop level human-computer interaction technology.In this virtual environment,operators can manipulate the objects directly and receive the real-time feedback by wearing head-mounted display and body posture sensor.This is a multi-sensory,high-fidelity and immersive interactive technology.This research is a typical non-contact interactive system which based on visual feedback and motion capture.We find the problem that human body overlaps equipment generally exist in this system.With the analysis of the existing problem,a reasonable and effective solution from the underlying collision detection algorithm to the upper body posture adjusting algorithm is presented.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing real-time collision detection algorithm,choosing the AABB bounding box tree based on Binary Tree structure as the algorithm research foundation according to the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms.Then we present the basic plan of building,updating,traversing the bounding box tree and intersection test of basic geometric elements.Then,this paper analyzes the storage performance and calculation performance of collision detection algorithm in detail aiming at the characteristics of human-computer interaction in virtual environment and the follow-up optimized process of penetration phenomenon.Through the analysis and comparison of the indirect interaction and direct interaction,we distill the key factors in the process of the direct interaction,then combine with previous experience,concentrating on the research of optimizing algorithm from the following three aspects:the whole structure of the bounding box tree,the node structure of the bounding box tree and the intersection test of basic geometric elements.Finally,aiming at the widespread and difficult problem of penetration phenomenon between human body and the equipment in the virtual scene,this paper puts forward two joint adjustment methods and builds virtual scene making experimental testing with a hand to optimize and handle the penetration phenomenon based on human kinematics and optimized collision detection algorithm.One is called layer by layer decomposition method based on multi-level iterative solution.The other is called weight assignment method based on global weight solution.Experimental results show that this two methods do work in most cases and play a role in optimizing even in some special man-made circumstances.
