Since the equipment for petrochemical industry is highly concentrated and complex,also the operating medium is inflammable and explosive,the improper operation may cause fire explosion accident,environmental pollution and other secondary disasters.The technical personnel need to have the skilled operation technique.In the era of collaborative training of talents,trainings for certain ability between colleges and enterprises have become a trend of teaching development.To achieve the cultivation of high quality and efficiency,the virtual reality technology has attracted more and more attention and got more cohesive with education because of its advantage of autonomous learning and immersion learning.The construction of virtual reality scene is the root of the virtual reality education.To let enterprise employees and students experience the real simulation of the operation process in the virtual image various scenarios to guide learning safety operation skills has the significant practical significance and application value.For the above needs,this paper will focus on petrochemical equipment maintenance,to completely break the limit of time and space and avoid unnecessary risk of virtual reality interaction design research,mainly to complete the following highlight of the user experience:(1)According to the purpose of inspection and maintenance,design an intensive system with integrated pump inspection,maintenance pipeline inspection and heat exchanger inspection and maintenance function to provide a model for the construction of the virtual platform.(2)Use Chem CAD platform by inputting the information of the production process,the analysis and calculation results of the device design and operation process are obtained.Meanwhile,a model matching the on-site device is established on the computer to realize static and dynamic process simulation,providing virtual platform and digital results for inspection and maintenance quality evaluation.(3)Based on Unity3 D engine and Visual Studio 2019 environment to realize the simulation of inspection of maintenance processes.The adoption of Autodesk Maya can improve the workflow efficiency of the interactive system,improve polygon modeling,realize the high flexibility of role creation and animation,and solve the interactive training problem of inspection and maintenance well.
