The Design And Realization Of EAI-based Telephone Installation Service System

In an era of economy globalization, how to integrate IT system, improve the supporting function of the system and utilize it to efficiently facilitate the enterprise operation arouses more and more attention. Many application systems only focus on a certain business process or management function, which forms an information island in the enterprise and lowers the efficiency of the comprehensive integration and communication.EAI technology refers to Enterprise Application Integration, which means interconnecting various application systems in an enterprise to integrate business. The technology can associate business process, application software, hardware with various standards and achieve seamless integration of the application systems either in the internal or external of the enterprise, to make them work like in whole to process business and share information. The author of the thesis performed a research of the design and implementation of the telecom installation system based on EAI technology. The main research components are as follows:Aiming at the deficiency of the original business supporting system (the 97 system), based on the comprehensive demand analysis, the author conducted the analysis, system general design and functional module design for the Order Management System (the OM system). The author analyzed the current implementation mechanism of the enterprise application integration, compared their characteristics, strengths and existing problems and concluded the actual significance and value of implementing EAT technology in BEA Weblogic environment.The author analyzed the telecom installation process and further discussed the EAI application and some points on business formalities and data update.The author implanted the Order Management System (the OM system). The main contents are as the follows: design the triple users'data mode of the OM system in accordance with the enterprise philosophy of Oriented by Market, Center on Customers. Discuss and implement the method of displaying the 97 system data in the OM system. Discuss and implement the application of EAI technology in Installation Reservation System. Discuss the methodology of synchronous cross-system data implementation under the utilization of EAI technology. Use the MVC design mode to design user interface and logical management to make the layers clear and understandable while constructing the WEB layer of the OM system.
