Since entering the 21 st century,market competition in the world has become more and more intense.Demand acquisition,as the starting of product development cycle,determines the product will win the favor of users or not after they entering the market.Such that,it is very important to product design.Accurately integrating the customer needs into the product design is an important prerequisite to determine the innovative product can successfully enter the market.Requirement are not conceived,it can be sorted out through scientific systems.As is known,patents which is belong to the scientific literature,combine kinds of information.Such that they have novelty,as well as complete and detailed content.Based on patent knowledge mining,this paper studies product design requirement acquisition and analysis.In other words,our work is based on patent literature knowledge and then forms product design requirement extraction model to excavate the requirement information hidden in patent.Finally,a systematic and operable method of product design requirement acquisition and analysis is formed,which provides reliable data support for technical R & D personnel to formulate product R & D strategy.The main contents of the paper include:1.Patent information collection.This paper analyzes the characteristics of patent literature,and uses patent retrieval and analysis tools to analyze the target patent and derive patent text data.Then the patent text data is partitioned,cleaned,standardized.Last but not the least,the duplicate patents needs to be removed.After completing all of the aforementioned work,we can ultimately get a patent knowledge base.2.Requirement acquisition.On the one hand,establish the model of product design requirement information acquisition process,and directly extract dominant demand by mining text and extracting information.On the other hand,combining with patent technology scheme,we can extract product recessive demand in the patent,through function mapping,technology contrast,technology evolution analysis and other methods.3.Requirement analysis and induction.The acquired requirements are determined by attributes and then are divided by the hierarchy structure.Finally,aiming to drive the generation of conceptual design,we must integrate the requirement data and make it become a set of requirements collection which is easy to be managed.4.Requirement evolution.Based on technology life cycle and the law of requirement evolution,the requirement Kano model of each stage of technology life cycle is established.Then reveal the evolution rule of the product requirement.In the end,determine the excited demand at present stage.5.In this work,we use the sorting and bundling machine,which belongs to financial machine,as an example.Accomplish the acquisition and analysis of product design requirements,which is to provide a valuable reference for product front-end design.By doing so,we can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
