The innovation development of high-end equipment is of great significance to the development of China's manufacturing industry.Because high-end equipment is user-oriented and high-tech,analyzing the user requirement and technology requirement of high-end equipment is a key task in the process of high-end equipment innovation development.The development of the Internet and big data technologies provides more possible means for the demand analysis of high-end equipment.They are more effective than traditional demand analysis methods.This paper first studies the framework of the requirement analysis of high-end equipment under the Internet and big data environment,and then carries out the research on user demand and technology demand analysis methods.Finally,the requirement analysis of energy vehicles is shown as a case study.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Construct a framework of the requirement analysis of high-end equipment under the Internet and big data environment.After studying the content of high-end equipment user requirement and technical requirement analysis,a framework of demand analysis is constructed,which clarifies the methods used and explains the relationship between user requirement and technology requirement.The process of requirement analysis is then briefly described.(2)User requirement analysis based on opinion extraction.After the in-depth study of long short-term memory(LSTM)network,an opinion extraction method based on Bi-LSTM network is proposed.Next,the sentiment analysis based on the support vector machine is performed on the result of opinion extraction.Users' sentiment polarity to the attributes of high-end equipment is obtained,and then the attributes that users are dissatisfied with can be found.For these attributes,attribute values that can satisfy users are recommended based on the attributes of other similar equipment.(3)Technology requirement analysis based on knowledge graph.To construct the knowledge graph of high-end equipment technology,the entity-relationship-entity triple extraction rule based on grammar and dependency syntax analysis is proposed,and some triples are formed based on the result of user demand analysis.Finally,the technical text is classified based on the LSTM network,and the classified technical text is linked as an entity to the knowledge graph to expand the knowledge graph.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the high-end equipment requirement analysis framework and method proposed,a new energy vehicle case study is conducted.Based on the user comments and patent data,the methods proposed in this paper are used to analyze user requirement and technology requirement.The results show that the methods proposed can effectively analyze the user requirement and technology requirement of new energy vehicles.Compared with the traditional demand analysis methods,this method can more deeply explore user needs and acquire technology requirements in a more timely manner.The results can provide a reference for the innovation development of high-end equipment.
