Coincident with the dramatic development of IT is the popularity of Web service, more and more information can be obtained from Internet. It is the need from customers that drives scientific innovations. It is very important to make a full use of web information sources to keep a track on the market trend, meet the needs of customers, and increase the competitiveness and influence of enterprises. To study how to organize web services provided by each enterprise according to user requirements in domain applications so that an automatic, personalized and comprehensive business process design can be achieved, the requirement acquisition and analysis technology in specific domains was studied here.A general three-level architecture on requirement information processing in specific domains was proposed in this thesis, which is used to handling user requirement acquisition, analysis and checkout: use the semantic support of domain requirement ontology to realize the information integration and share in the request industry; satisfy the need of multi layer requirement expressions through dividing them into basic and extending requirement information parts; obtain the limitative conditions of the extending part efficiently using XML requirement information retrieval mechanism of automatic granularity; adopt requirement object attractiveness model to quantify user expectation; realize the structure and semantic integration using information merger method; assist with the conflict checkout policies to ensure the processing result consistent on both semantic and data integrity in a good condition to have the process accomplished.The requirement acquisition and analysis technology in specific domains studied in this thesis implements the multi-element acquisition and analysis and intelligent integration of user requirements under the supports of XML and ontology. The whole process was characteristic as modular, extensible, reusable, portable and interoperable in semantic level, and provides the user requirement information acquisition and analysis mechanism with both theory and application supports.
