Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of Y Company Software Project

With the rise of a new round of deeper scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution in the world,the digital wave is in the ascendant,and the development environment of software industry is undergoing great changes.On the one hand,the competition in the industry will continue to intensify,on the other hand,the customer demand will continue to increase and the iterative speed of demand will accelerate.The software industry is facing the change from usable to easy to use.It needs to be able to meet the needs of customers quickly and accurately.For software companies,how to improve the quality management ability of software projects,so as to ensure the quality of software products becomes very important.Y company is a financial technology and scientific research data analysis company.It has independently researched and developed the world's leading system platforms covering machine translation,financial quantification and supervision,global scientific and technological discovery and value evaluation analysis,smart culture and tourism,smart medical and industrial Internet,providing global government and enterprise users with a full range of leading big data and artificial intelligence scenario application solutions.Compared with large mature enterprises,Y company has insufficient experience in quality management and many problems in project quality management.This paper introduces the quality management organization structure,software project quality management system and software project management process of Y company.On this basis,the paper analyzes the existing problems of Y company's quality management system and software project quality management and their causes.Combined with the theory of ISO9000 and CMMI quality standards,and based on a large number of references,this paper systematically constructs the evaluation index system of software project quality management of Y company.On the basis of determining the evaluation process,AHP is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index of L software project quality management in Y company.Select experts to score,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate l software project quality management of Y company,and analyze the evaluation results.Finally,this paper improves the quality management of Y company's software project from three aspects: the establishment of software quality assurance organization,the improvement of software review system and the clarification of software quality measurement standards.This paper combines the research results with the actual project of the enterprise,establishes a set of quality management evaluation system for Y company,provides guidance for the company to evaluate the quality management of the project,and evaluates the software quality management.This paper will discuss the design and construction of a software quality management evaluation index system in detail.
