Fused Deposition Molding(FDM)3D printing technology is a widely used 3D printing technology.It has the characteristics of low printing price,simple equipment,easy operation and so on.So this technology is very valuable in the field of 3D printing.However,with the deep use of FDM technology and the development of FDM technology,there are some printing problems in production,such as cave collapse,cantilever collapse,wire drawing and so on.Most of these problems are often solved according to experience,but the results often result in a large amount of time consumption and cost increase.In consideration of the above problems,on the basis of further research on the principle of FDM process printing,the influence of various structure and process parameters of FDM process on the quality of printing is studied by means of experimental means,and the critical value of the parameters of the defect structure and the process parameters,based on the critical value obtained,is studied.The software of product structure and process comprehensive evaluation system based on FDM is compiled.The software can know the defects in the printing process in advance,improve the printing efficiency and save the cost.It plays a certain role in popularizing the basic printing technology of FDM,and also provides a solid foundation for further research on the printing of complex parts by FDM technology.The specific research work of this article is as follows:1)analyze the writing ideas of the printing preprocessing software,including the software workflow,the software platform and language,the purpose and the significance,and so on.It analyzes the writing ideas of the FDM product structure and the process comprehensive evaluation system,including the functional modules(hole hole detection,cantilever detection and so on 6 sub modules." Block),the overall detection process,the preparation of language and platform content.6 detection processes based on FDM product structure and process comprehensive evaluation subsystem are designed.2)analysis of the forms and causes of defects in FDM process production,summed up the 6 structures and process parameters of the defects in the FDM process printing complex parts,namely,cantilever,hole,slope and so on,and the printing speed,the top layer number and so on,which laid the foundation for the further research of FDM printing defects.3)according to the six defects of the FDM process printing parts,namely,the cave collapse,the cantilever collapse and so on 6 kinds of defects,the process experiment scheme is designed by the control variable method,and a large number of experiments are carried out.The experimental results are summarized and the experimental curves describing the correlation between the parameters of the defective engineering are obtained and the experimental curves are obtained.The critical process parameters with defects,such as the number of layers at the top of the 3 story,and the critical structural parameters,such as the inclination angle of the 60 degree slope.4)according to the principle of slicing and the setting of process parameters,FDM printing pre-processing software was compiled.The test curve of the defect process parameters and the critical process and structure parameters of the defects obtained by the FDM process are printed.The detection methods and principles of the defects are put forward,and the corresponding defect detection software is written.
