Compared with ground communication,satellite communication is widely used in areas where the ground communication system is difficult to cover or the construction cost is too high because of its advantages of wide coverage,long communication distance and not affected by geographical conditions.As an important part of satellite communication,the antenna of satellite communication earth station is an indispensable link for information transmission between satellite communication network nodes.As far as the earth station antenna is concerned,the medium orbit satellite is different from the geosynchronous orbit satellite.The medium orbit satellite is always in motion state and the antenna pointing is always in a state of change.How to control the antenna to dynamically track the medium orbit satellite has become an urgent problem to be considered.In this paper,the earth station antenna tracking technology is studied for how to track the mid-orbit satellite,and the earth station antenna system tracking software for the mid-orbit satellite is compiled.The earth station antenna can accurately track the mid-orbit satellite.The design of software is inseparable from the support of hardware equipment.This paper first introduces the hardware components of the earth station antenna system,including the earth station antenna system,MEO full-frequency navigation antenna and antenna feed.The earth station antenna system mainly includes the description of the antenna system structure and system operation process.The MEO full-frequency navigation antenna mainly introduces the navigation antenna hardware itself and the NMEA-0183 navigation message.Finally,the feed used by the antenna is described.For the earth station antenna tracking technology,this paper first introduces the commonly used antenna tracking algorithms,such as cone scanning tracking algorithm,single pulse tracking algorithm and two-dimensional step tracking algorithm,and gives the application analysis of the three tracking algorithms.Then,an antenna tracking algorithm based on the navigation signal strength of the ' back ' type tracking and variable step size two-dimensional step tracking is proposed.The design and implementation of the tracking software for the antenna system of the earth station is the focus of this paper.The software design is divided into six modules,including the local control operation display module,the navigation data communication module,the navigation data analysis module,the antenna pointing instruction module,the remote network control module and the antenna echo tracking locking module.Among them,the local control operation display module and the navigation data communication module are responsible for the communication between the software side and the hardware side.The local control operation display module also needs to display the real-time state information of the antenna at the software side.The navigation data analysis module is responsible for real-time display of the MEO satellite data information.The antenna pointing instruction module is responsible for storing the antenna control command to the My SQL database,so that the software side can easily call the corresponding command when controlling the antenna pointing.The remote network control module completes the communication function between the antenna system of the earth station and the positioning solution system.The antenna echo tracking module is the integration of the functions of the other three modules,and it is the core module to ensure the tracking function of the earth station antenna.Finally,the test results of the joint debugging of the earth station antenna system and the positioning calculation system are given,and the influence of tracking accuracy on the positioning accuracy is analyzed.
