With the progress of science and technology,broadband service is becoming more and more popular.Consumers' demand for traditional cable TV industry service gradually tends to be diversified and rich.As an emerging Internet technology,Internet Protocol Television(IPTV)can meet the diverse needs of consumers.After continuous improvement and innovation,IPTV products have developed by leaps and bounds,affecting the development of the traditional cable TV industry to a certain extent.IPTV is a new technology and service that integrates Internet,multimedia,communication and other technologies by using broadband network technology to provide a variety of interactive services to individual and home users.In recent years,IPTV products have been favored by more consumers due to its diversified service content,especially the number of households and businesses.Therefore,the service of IPTV products has become the market business resources that major operators are trying their best to promote and seize.At present,major operators focus on improving the user experience of IPTV products and comprehensively improving the service quality in its whole life cycle.The process of users' consumption of IPTV products is actually a behavioral choice.Therefore,the research purpose of this paper is to build a user experience indicator model of IPTV products,so as to measure the weight of indicators that actually affect users' choice behaviors.Firstly,this paper adopts literature review method to summarize and conclude Qo S Quality of System and Qo E Quality of Experience.Then,combined with the whole life cycle theory of the project,in-depth interview and text analysis research methods,this paper optimizes the IPTV user Experience indicators.Then,the TPB Theory of Planned was introduced to study the selection process of consumers,and the structural equation model of user experience based on IPTV products was built.The data was collected through questionnaire measurement,and the hypothesis test of the structural equation model was carried out through AMOS software,and the influence weight of each user experience index was analyzed and identified.The relationship between user experience index and consumer behavior choice is obtained.Suggestions for improvement in the R&D,marketing and operation stages of IPTV products are put forward.The research results are helpful for operators to improve the service quality of IPTV products and gain the favor and choice of consumers.
