In recent years,information system has been widely used in various fields of society,and its importance is increasing.Most enterprises and institutions are still using the method of monitoring the IT environment to collect the operation status data of software and hardware objects,such as network equipment and operating system.This method is based on the equipment perspective,the monitoring results are one-sided and lack of persuasion.Therefore,the construction of monitoring software that can describe the operation performance of information system accurately from the perspective of users has increasingly become the focus of IT organization work and research.This thesis analyzes the practical application requirements of enterprises,studies the technology related to the operation performance monitoring of information system,puts forward a monitoring mechanism of the operation performance of information system based on the perspective of user experience,and designs and implements a monitoring system of the operation performance of information system.The system includes four functional modules.Among them,the user-side operation performance monitoring module and the network-side operation performance monitoring module,respectively,from the perspective of actively simulating the user's access to the information system and restoring the user's real access to the information system based on the network image data,to obtain the most direct information system access delay under different scenarios.The operation performance analysis management module provides a quantifiable evaluation method for the overall operation performance of the information system,and assists the user to run the monitoring module based on the server-side functions,and finds the running functions that take a long time to execute.In this thesis,the overall design of information system performance monitoring system is carried out from the perspective of functional architecture,technical architecture,data architecture,deployment architecture,etc.From the perspective of process design and data design,detailed implementation logic design is carried out,and the landing code of core functions is given;System verification and result analysis show that the information system performance monitoring system meets the design requirements in function realization,resource consumption,safety,ease of use,maintainability and so on.The implementation of information system performance monitoring system will enable users of enterprises and institutions to automatically discover the degradation of information system operation performance,the unavailability of information system or the interruption of service provision at the first time in the operation stage after the system goes online,which fully guarantees the long-term stable and efficient operation of information system.The system has high practical value.
