With the development of the Internet of Things,its security issues have gradually become the key.Physical Unclonable Function(PUF)uses the process deviation factors to achieve security functions.Arbiter PUF(APUF)has the characteristics of simple structure and easy manufacturing.However,due to the design of its delay structure and arbitration scheme,it will produce uniqueness and low stability,which is easy to be modeled.Attacks and other issues.At the same time,in order to adapt to the more flexible application requirements of Io T devices,more and more relevant studies have added reconfigurable functions to PUF.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the delay structure and arbitration scheme for APUF so that it can have reconfigurable functions with high uniqueness,Reliability and anti-attack performance.In this thesis,a cascade switch structure is designed.By realizing the symmetry of multiple switching units,the path symmetry of the entire switch is ensured to achieve the effect of improving uniqueness;a metastable state detection circuit is designed.Detection of the state phenomenon to achieve the effect of improving the stability;we design a reconfigurable scheme of the cascade switch,and realize the reconfigurable function of the cascade switch;The anti-attack design based on the cascade switch PUF is adopted.By using the complexity of the cascade switch delay structure and the multi-bit response XOR processing method,the effect of resisting modeling attacks is achieved.In this thesis,the FPGA platform of Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A200T1FBG484 I implements a reconfigurable multi-value APUF structure with metastable detection circuit based on cascade switch.By collecting incentive-response pairs(Challenge-Response Pairs,CRPs),the performance of the PUF in this thesis is counted,and the PUF is tested for modeling attacks.Experiments show that the multi-valued APUF based on the cascade switch designed in this thesis,after arbitration and metastable filtering,has a uniqueness of48.05%,a stability of 99.24%,and deviations from ideal values of less than 3%.The reconstruction uniqueness in reconstruction performance is 48.6%,and the reconstruction uniqueness is 50.37%,which meets the requirements of PUF reconstruction performance.Under the attack of 480,000 CRPs as the training set,the attack accuracy of PUF in this thesis is only 13.42%,and the deviation from the ideal value is only1.42%.In summary,this thesis solves the problem of multi-value APUF switch path symmetry and implements a high-performance,attack-resistant and reconfigurable reconfigurable PUF.
