In the 21 st century,with the continuous development,Information Technology is gradually applied to all walks of lifes,and digitalize,netwoked,as well as intelligentize are becoming inevitable of the era.Internet of Things,5G,Artificial Intelligence,Intelligent Driving and Indoor Precise Positioning and Navigation technologies are gradually commercialized and promoted,therefore,more and more customized software entrants are joining "the information construction".BH Company is a company mainly engaged in network communication,software development,information technology consulting and ICT integration services.The development of emerging technologies is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for BH Company.Meanwhile,BH Company organizational structure and manpower scale,which is in the critical period changing from the start-up stage to the development stage.The original infrastructure of the company is relatively weak,the management is not standardized enough,the original network communication sector is gradually shrinking,and the front-end technical research and development capabilities should be updated and learned,thus,it's high time the company drew a proper development strategy to guide the future development from reality.As a result,the dissertation is taking BH Company as the research object to study the strategic development of a customized software service company.In the first place,this dissertation introduces the research background,the significance,the research purpose,and the research contents.In the second place,this dissertation takes BH Company as the research object,studies the current situation of the enterprise,summarizes the existing problems of the enterprise,and analyzes the urgency and necessity of the strategic transformation of the enterprise.Then,by using PEST Analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,SWOT Analysis,internal and external Matrix Analysis as tools,this dissertation analyzes the external competing environment as well as the internal operating environment of BH company,and makes clear the future development direction of the enterprise.Besides,this dissertation makes clear the strategic direction and the strategic vision and of BH Company,and sorts out the strategic choice of the enterprise.Finally,this dissertation designs the application solutions of Corporate Strategy,and puts forward the strategy implementation measures from the perspective of organization,manpower and technology.This dissertation discusses the adjusted strategic planning in detail,mainly elaborates the main business development ideas and implementation methods of DICT information integration,intelligent driving and indoor positioning products,and puts forward specific measures from the aspects of organization,system,talents,capital,culture,etc.
