In order to accelerate the process of transforming into a “manufacturing power”,my country is enhancing its innovation capabilities in all aspects.As the core foundation of my country's intelligent manufacturing,industrial software has also received national policy attention.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology proposed to accelerate the informatization process of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the full application of industrial software such as computer-aided design.As an indispensable part of the integration of informatization and industrialization,industrial software is applied to all aspects of industry,and is closely connected with business processes and product design,and even with corporate R&D activities.In the process of promoting the integration of industrialization and industrialization and the transformation and upgrading of the country's industry,industrial software plays a pivotal role.At present,because the core technology of industrial software originates from abroad and lacks experience and professional talent accumulation,China is unable to develop high-end industrial software,and most of the market is occupied by foreign manufacturers.In addition to facing the status quo of foreign monopoly,my country's industrial software also faces the phenomenon of pirated software competing for the market due to weak domestic intellectual property rights.In order to prevent industrial software from adversely affecting my country's information security due to path dependence,it is urgent to accelerate the development of independent controllable software and strengthen independent innovation capabilities.Companies need to choose an appropriate financing strategy according to their own development stage to meet the large capital requirements of innovative projects and the characteristics of high risk and long time.If you want innovation activities to continue,companies need to provide a continuous flow of funds,and the company's financing strategy can determine whether technological innovation can be supported by sufficient funds.In order to maximize the use of funds,it is necessary to allocate funds to projects with higher returns for the company,that is,high-risk and high-yield innovative R&D activities.Therefore,studying the relationship between financing strategy and technological innovation will help enterprises to comprehensively improve their independent research and development capabilities,enhance their core competitiveness,and promote the process of localization of industrial software.This paper uses ZWSoft as a case study to sort out the relevant literature and related theories in three aspects: research on corporate financing strategy selection under different life cycles,research on the impact of financing constraints on technological innovation,and research on the impact of financing strategy on technological innovation.Based on the development status of industrial software companies under the background of the integration of industrialization and industrialization,first analyze the financing strategy of ZWSoft under different life cycles,and secondly analyze the technological innovation of ZWSoft under the financing strategy,and finally from the perspective of financing strategy to improve technology Innovate and make recommendations and draw conclusions.Research on the relationship between financing strategy and technological innovation.On the one hand,it can formulate innovation policies and development strategies suitable for enterprises for the government;on the other hand,it can provide reference for industrial software companies to make full use of development opportunities and further enhance their independent innovation capabilities to achieve sustainable development.
