A Research On Quality Management And Improvement Of Customized Software Development In YM

YM is a software company that provides ERP products and customized development services based on products to real estate companies.the volume of customized development business has increased significantly in recent years,but at the same time,the quality problem of customized development has become increasingly prominent.This paper aims to analyze the root causes of quality problems and propose improvement measures to improve the quality of customized development.Firstly,this paper discusses the theory of quality management,CMMI and ISO9001 are common quality management standards,PDCA is more of a process improvement idea.Then,based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of customized software development,three main causes of the current problems are summarized: One is currently using agile development mode is not suitable for custom development projects,the needs of custom development on a smaller scale,and no too much change in the short term,The agile advantages of agile development cannot be exploited,but agile development requirement for personnel ability and the team maturity is higher,so that it is difficult to control the quality in the team with more new people.Second,the development process relies too much on the development of individual ability,and fails to unify good experience into standard methods of work.Third,the growth rate of personnel is too slow to grow into qualified employees who can solve problems independently in a short period of time.Combining the above reasons,YM's customized development quality cannot be guaranteed.Finally,improvement measures are proposed for different reasons.Refer to CMMI model to establish a complete development process specification,define the input and output of each stage,and emphasize the addition of quality control actions of review and inspection at key nodes,as well as supporting the process of change management to avoid the negative impact of process changes.The scope of establishing professional working standard and the index of testing the application effect of the standard are put forward.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the improvement plan,the reasonable division of labor,personnel growth,certification and performance of the organization are also discussed in detail.Through the successful implementation of this series of schemes,YM will eventually be able to comprehensively improve the quality of its customized software development.
