Today the digital economy has gradually become the most active economic form in the world.The fourth industrial revolution driven by digital technology has arrived.The digital transformation of enterprises is the general trend of current economic development.As a typical small and medium-sized enterprise in China,WH Food Ingredients Company must participate in the digital transformation army as soon as possible if it wants to maintain a sustainable and healthy growth and gain a foothold in the national and even global competition in the context of global digitalization.The essence of the digital transformation of an enterprise is to use digital technology to transform the business process of an enterprise.Based on the relevant theories of business process management(BPM),this article uses value chain analysis and lean management methods as the main methodology to analyze and optimize the business process of WH Company in digital transformation.On the basis of introducing the basic situation and digital status of WH company,this article focuses on the description and analysis of the company's current organizational structure and business process status,summarizes the main problems existing in the business process,analyzes and summarizes the root causes of the problems,and points out WH company The necessity of implementing digital transformation.Secondly,through the description of the internal and external environment of WH company,it points out the practical significance and advantages of the company's implementation of process optimization,and elaborates the process optimization goals and the preliminary team formation,optimization method determination and ERP system construction.Then use the flow chart to design the optimization plan of the process,identify the key core processes a second time,establish a process list,design the specific plan of the company's organizational structure and core processes,and put forward the necessary safeguards for the effective operation of the process optimization plan.Finally,it combined with the predicted evaluation results of process operation efficiency,cost and customer satisfaction indicators,analyzed and explained the effect of the process optimization program,and made countermeasures for the continuous transformation of the company's process,to ensure the implementation of process optimization plan and the continuous improvement of dynamic management.The research results of this article are helpful for WH company in the new normal economy and the competitive situation of global integration,to improve the long-term legacy of old management problems,implement digital integrated management,and realize the internal and external information sharing and effective use of resources.It has important practical significance to improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises.
