| Food safety, as one of the hot spots of society, is gradually concerned by the society as the development of economic. Food production companies play an important part in Tianjin’s economic development and social stability. It is critical for the supervision department to obtain the situation of the food production of these companies on time, in order to make the food production developing sound and fast. At present, most food production companies in China are of middle and small-size, with annually open and close down. In traditional work pattern, we can only obtain the macroeconomic data of these companies. It is difficult to obtain the detail data, i.e., the number of each classified companies, there distributions, scale, production ability and output value.By using the knowledge of computer, this thesis aims todesign and realization of on-line monitor system of food production companies in Tianjin from the aspects of on-line and afterward monitoring and information management of license. The proposed system is developed by the IIS and C#, which is helpful for the supervision department to notice and deal with the security problems in the food production companies on time. This work has the following advantages: first, it is necessary for the companies to avoid unwittinglyproducing disqualified food products; second, it is critical to avoid disqualified food products flowing into the market and injuring the people healthy. Furthermore, this work will improve the emergency response capacityof food production, which will further improve the competitivenessof food production companies in Tianjin and the people health level. Finally, security assurance of food will be realized from passivity to initiative, which is helpful for the construction of socialism harmonious society in modern China. |
