Research On The Construction Of Professional Credit Evaluation Index For Editors

In recent years,problem publications appear frequently,which brings bad social impact,which is closely related to editors.Therefore,the problem of editors' professional credit has become a big fact that the publishing industry has to face.At present,many industries are establishing professional credit evaluation index for employees.In the publishing industry,especially the professional credit of editors,there are few scholars to study,and there is no perfect evaluation index of editors' credit,which makes it impossible to supervise editors orderly.Due to the unique attributes of China's publishing industry,the relevant credit laws and regulations are not perfect,so it is one of the problems to be solved to scientifically evaluate and manage the professional credit of editors.This paper takes the editor's professional credit evaluation index as the research object,with the purpose of building the editor's professional credit evaluation index framework.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of editor's credit development,studies the influencing factors of editor's credit,and puts forward the research idea of constructing editor's professional credit evaluation index through the research on the current situation of credit and credit evaluation at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper deeply interprets the concepts of credit and professional credit,summarizes the connotation of editor's professional credit and related theoretical research.Thirdly,it focuses on the two first level indicators of publishing credit and social honor,and discusses the reasons and necessity of construction.Finally,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the editor's professional credit,selects the evaluation indexes,and conducts a single sample t-test on the initially determined evaluation indexes.The single sample t-test is used to test whether the constructed evaluation indexes of editor's professional credit can reflect the scientific,reasonable reliable method of index setting.This test method is verified by SPSS Software to achieve,until the completion of editing professional credit evaluation index.
