With the development of communication technology and the popularization of smart phones,intelligent APP has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives.China Mobile Internet Industry Annual Research Report 2018 points out that active users of mobile Internet reach 1.13 billion,an increase of about 4.6 million over 2017.As the medium of downloading smart APP,the application market plays a vital role in protecting users' privacy and data security.As Huawei's mobile phone system is embedded with APP,the number of users in Huawei's application market is growing rapidly.According to the quarterly tracking report released by IDC,in the fourth quarter of 2018,China's smartphone market shipped about 103 million units,a 9.7% decline over the same period last year.Huawei's mobile phone shipments ranked first,with a 29% market share in the fourth quarter of2018,which reached an adverse growth.Huawei's closed industrial chain has helped the emergence and development of Huawei's application market.In 2009,Huawei established Huawei's application market department.In 2018,Huawei's application market business revenue was about 7 billion yuan,an increase of 19% over the previous year.Over the past 10 years,through the efforts of various departments of Huawei's application market,from the state of no application upload at the beginning of construction to the state of application audit and backlog,it can be seen that Huawei's application market has attracted more and more attention from developers.In many application markets,including App Po,OPPO App Store,and Millet App Market,Huawei's application market has attracted more and more attention.The position has been markedly upgraded and the development trend is encouraging.In the author's one-year working experience in Huawei's application market business operation,the author realizes the actual working conditions of the Department and the difficulties in the operation process,such as developers intentionally uploading malicious applications,complaining about pirated applications,poor user experience and so on.For malicious applications,because there is no definite evaluation criteria,auditors rely on their usual experience to deal with,there will always be omissions,malicious applications on the shelves,leading to user complaints.For pirated applications,because there are tens of thousands of applications in Huawei's application market,auditors can't experience every application at one time.They will always put pirated applications on the shelves without knowing anything about them,leading to complaints from developers.In view of user experience,when updating version,there will always be compatibility problems of different systems due to R&D technology loopholes.Some users of Huawei application market on mobile phones will flicker,resulting in poor user experience and user complaints.All these problems bring challenges to the operation of Huawei's application market.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment faced by Huawei's application market to find out the advantages and disadvantages.The advantages mainly lie in the strong terminal,excellent corporate culture,strong capital strength,tested management structure,good organizational system and technical network,strong cost control ability and end-to-end closed-loop processing.Its disadvantages mainly lie in the weak product R & D ability,the gap with the operation ability of Internet giants,the slow speed of audit,the need to improve automated testing,and the need to simplify the audit process.After analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the best strategy of Huawei's application market operation business is to adopt differentiated competition strategy,give full play to its own advantages,strengthen several measures such as marketing,customer service and details,which are different from competitors and occupy the business direction to the highest point.The purpose is to improve the organizational structure,reshape the department culture,improve the human resource system and risk control system.
