In the new media environment,the status of the audience in the media use process is highlighted.Studying the audience's use and satisfaction with knowledge short videos will have important significance for the development of knowledge short videos.The "Paperclip Paper Clip" Douyin account is mostly theoretical,esoteric and abstract,and difficult to understand.However,it has 7 million fans on a short,flat,fast,and entertainment platform like Douyin.This research hopes to explore the needs and satisfaction of "Paper Clip" Douyin users from the perspective of audiences through the theory of use and satisfaction,so as to understand how "Paper Clip" can be harvested on the short,flat,fast,and entertainment Douyin platform.The attention of millions of fans.This study collected data through questionnaire surveys and interviews,obtained a total of 184 valid questionnaires,and conducted interviews with 10 Douyin users deeply.This study believes that the factors that affect users' use of "Paper Clip Paper Clip" Douyin short videos can be divided into personal motivation factors and short video content factors.According to the research results,users' personal motivations for using "Paper Clip Paper Clip" Tik Tok are mainly knowledge acquisition motivation and functional use motivation.Functional use motivation includes motivation for fun,passing time,and social motivation.Regarding the short video content factor,this article analyzes the content of the "paperclip Paper Clip" Douyin short video to explore what kind of content characteristics the video content provides to users,and how these content characteristics meet the needs of users,that is,the needs of users.The process of being satisfied.Next,explore the user's satisfaction after using the "Paper Clip Paper Clip" Douyin number,from whether personal motivation is satisfied,whether knowledge is increased and transformed into action,whether habitual use contact is formed,and whether the use of tools is replaced.To study the results of users' satisfaction in multiple dimensions,the research results show that users' personal motivations are basically satisfied;users' knowledge has grown and they will be transformed into actions based on their own needs;users have not formed a“Paper Clip”tremor.The habitual use tendency of the sound number,and the viscosity is low;the possibility of using the "paperclip Paper Clip" vibrato as the preferred medium tool is less likely.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of the "Paper Clip Paper Clip" Douyin short video in disseminating knowledge to users,and gives reasonable suggestions.
