Research And Design On The Interconnection Platform Of The Certificate Authority In Yangtze River Delta Region

With the vigorous development of Electronic Authentication services, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shanghai(Yangtze River Delta Region) have established their own Electronic Authentication (Certificate Authority,CA).Besides, the amount of issuance and CA application have developed rapidly. However, lack of the original Inter-Connection CA service restricted Inter-CA certification and application among these provinces (City). Therefore, the research of Inter-CA certification architecture between different regional and industry and establish cross electronic authentication service system in Yangtze River Delta Region are urgent.Following the requirement of Yangtze River Delta Region cross authorization, the paper firstly proposed the solution of Inter-CA cross authorization base on the analysis of various reference. Then, we designed and developed the platform of CA interconnection application among three provinces (city) reference to X.509v4. The main research results included system design、architecture develop and application.According to the implements of Inter-CA cross authorization system, our research achieved both social and economic benefits. The platform will provide a safe and scalable CA infrastructure for the social of Yangtze River Delta Region.
