With the development of society and the advancement of ideology,the status of female groups in reading has become more and more important in recent years.The female book market that expresses women's demands and serves women has also become more prosperous.Based on the research on the female book market,this article analyzes the problem from the perspective of readers,and explores the reading needs of women for "her" books,and provides suggestions for the development of the female book market.Because the thesis is based on the perspective of female readers to analyze the publication of women's books,the "reader-centered theory" is selected as a theoretical framework that fits the research perspective to carry out the thesis research.Based on the review and analysis of domestic and foreign "reader-centered theory" and literature related to female books,and the conceptual definition of "her" books,the first step is to compare works,authors,publishing institutions,and network platforms through horizontal comparisons.On the one hand,it analyzes the publishing development of female books in China;secondly,it analyzes the role changes of female readers in the historical process of female books development and reveals the influence of female readers in the development of female books;then through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews It analyzes the tendency of female readers' reading demand for female books and the underlying motivations respectively,and then summarizes the problems existing in the current book market from the reader's perspective,and from the digital feminist movement and consumer feminism,the physiological and psychological changes of women during pregnancy,Women's emotional communication demands and identity crisis,women's knowledge and mastery of labor in the history of technology,women's balance management of family and career,and other perspectives to analyze the reading needs of female readers;finally,based on the problems in the market,from the perspective of female readers Based on the reading needs of the readers,corresponding industry development countermeasures are proposed.In the research process of the thesis,social science research methods such as case analysis,questionnaire surveys and indepth interviews were applied,and SPSS was also used for scientific analysis of data.Through market research and summary of readers' reading feedback on women's books,and through data research,individual interviews and multi-perspective analysis,it is concluded that the development of the women's book market based on readers' needs requires a healthy focus on the theme.Women's values,expand the types of topics,cultivate the market,pay attention to female aesthetics in book production,and further expand the conclusions of publicity.
