Design And Application Of Economical Sorting System For SM Tobacco Special Shaped Cigarette

In recent years,the tobacco industry has actively promoted supply-side structural reforms,and the performance of special-shaped cigarettes represented by thin cigarettes has grown rapidly,which has become a new bright spot in the development of the tobacco industry and a new engine for tax and profit growth.However,with the rapid growth in the sales and product specifications of special-shaped cigarettes,the contradiction between the sorting demand of special-shaped cigarettes and the sorting capacity of the original sorting line has become increasingly prominent,which has become a major obstacle restricting the improvement of the logistics service level of tobacco commercial companies.In2016,China National Tobacco Corporation held an on-site meeting on the automatic sorting of special-shaped cigarettes in the tobacco industry.The meeting emphasized that all units in the industry should find ways to solve the problem of improving the efficiency of sorting and packaging of special-shaped cigarettes.The economical sorting system of SM tobacco special-shaped cigarettes researched and designed in this paper is based on the industry reform background of promoting the "special-shaped cigarette sorting system" to study special-shaped cigarette sorting theory,sorting technology,packaging technology and sorting control.The system is committed to realizing an economical integrated sorting system for special-shaped cigarettes,in order to solve the problem of insufficient sorting capacity of special-shaped cigarettes,and to provide technical support for the pilot and promotion of the "special-shaped cigarette sorting system".Based on the characteristics of the tobacco industry and the author's work experience,this paper first studies the principles and characteristics of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system,and proposes the idea of "economic sorting and flexible sorting".Secondly,design the composition,layout planning,technological process and operation process,key technologies and equipment involved in the economical special-shaped cigarette sorting system.Furthermore,this article compares and analyzes the research and design of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system with the existing sorting mode,focusing on sorting efficiency improvement,automation level improvement,process optimization and a qualitative comparison was made between system operating costs and labor costs and humanity,and economic analysis was carried out from the investment scale.Combined with the research and design of the economical special-shaped cigarette sorting system in the article,SM Tobacco Company,which is investigating and demonstrating the plan,was selected to implement the system design,and the special-shaped cigarette sorting equipment and innovative sorting packaging studied in this paper were implemented,through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and demand of SM tobacco special-shaped cigarettes.Key technologies and equipment such as method and image visual recognition technology are used in project design.Through comparison,the goal of "economic flexibility" has been achieved,which saves investment compared with traditional solutions.This article has finally formed a sorting model that is more economical and more suitable for the development needs of SM tobacco special-shaped cigarette sorting at this stage.It not only escorts the structure of SM tobacco,but also promotes the sorting of special-shaped cigarettes for other second-class tobacco distribution centers across the country.The development of picking provides a reference,and the research results can also provide more ideas and options for other logistics industries outside the tobacco industry.
