Based On Profibus Cigarette Automatic Sorting System Design And Research

Designed for some city level tobacco company, this cigarette automatic sorting system is a logistic automatic sorting system based on PROF1BUS, which is a kind of field bus. It's designed mainly to reduce the providing and delivery cost, to cut the flawed of damaged rate of cigarette and to realize the automation of providing and delivery. This project's main task is the designing and realizing of the PLC controlling system and field monitoring system of this cigarette automatic sorting system. The designing and realizing of the PLC controlling system is discussed in this paper. The PROFIBUS, the industrial controlling configuration software WINCC and the designing method of PLC controlling program is also described in details here.The emulation debugging method based on the modeling of the controlled object is an important debugging method during the debugging of PLC controlling program. A universal emulation method based on the modeling of the controlled object is introduced in this paper. An emulation system, which is an application of this method, is described in details here, and how to use this emulation system is also described here by taking the cigarette automatic sorting system for example.
