As everyone knows,any interdisciplinary research problem incorporates multidisciplinary knowledge communication.For example,the 2019 Nobel Prize lithium battery research is one of the models of interdisciplinary research.Through the discipline communication of chemistry in multiple fields,it is cleverly integrated.Subject knowledge of physics and engineering opens the door to vigorously develop interdisciplinary team research.In 2020,the 6th Guangdong Academician Federation's special event "AI Health Leadership Summit" held by the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Academicians Summit in Dongguan,artificial intelligence medical is the perfect combination of medical and information technology,and it is a breakthrough field in the future of medical humanization.The top experts in the information technology and medical fields are required to collaborate with each other to jointly organize a well-communicated interdisciplinary team.The state not only vigorously encourages the development of interdisciplinary research,releases relevant national policies and funds to support it,but also launches the "973Program".Therefore,how we study the characteristics of knowledge communication and scientific research performance of interdisciplinary teams is particularly important in today's society.This paper takes the interdisciplinary team as the research object,and based on the research on the knowledge communication characteristics and scientific research performance level of interdisciplinary teams at home and abroad,reveals the influencing factors of the knowledge communication level and scientific research performance of the interdisciplinary team.On this basis,the interdisciplinary knowledge communication level is used as an intermediary variable to investigate the intermediary and promotion effect of the team's knowledge communication level on the influencing factors inside and outside the team and the scientific research performance of the interdisciplinary team.Through the questionnaire method,questionnaires were distributed to interdisciplinary teams such as Nanchang University Photovoltaic Research Institute System Research Institute,real estate financial investment,and mobile software app development companies.A total of606 questionnaires were collected.Through data cleaning,400 valid questionnaires were screened out.Spss software was used to carry out reliability and validity analysis.Based on a large number of documents,the factors affecting the level of knowledge communication and scientific research performance of interdisciplinary teams Lay a theoretical foundation and put forward corresponding theoretical hypotheses.While studying the influencing factors of knowledge communication level,it further reveals the positive intermediary influence of knowledge communication level on scientific research performance level,and proposes corresponding strategies and measures on how to improve scientific research performance.This article believes that because knowledge communication has a positive and important promotion to the level of scientific research performance,but there are many factors that affect the characteristics of the knowledge communication network of interdisciplinary teams.By studying the structural changes of the knowledge communication network,the characteristics of knowledge communication in interdisciplinary teams are described,and various characteristics represent the level of knowledge communication in the team.From the perspective of the characteristics of the knowledge communication network,measure the level of knowledge communication and further optimize the team's scientific research performance.The most prominent innovations in this article are mainly :(1)measuring the characteristics of knowledge communication by measuring the indicators of the structure of the knowledge communication network;(2)further using knowledge communication as an intermediary variable to examine how knowledge communication affects the performance of interdisciplinary teams.
