Research On Software R&D Risk Management Of X Company

There is a lot of uncertain factors and huge risks in the process of software research and development.Therefore,it is so important to improve the success rate of software research and development if we can strengthen the risk management of software research and development.Enterprises need to constantly update the concept of risk management in software research and development,to provide a strong guarantee for software research and development,and then to escort the corporate strategy.In this paper,takes the current software platform of X company as an example,and uses specific research methods to analyze the current status of software development and research for X company.By analyzing the results,external environment,personnel,management,design in research and development are more or less will affect the software research and development of X company.At the same time,based on the actual progress,and combined with relevant research and development summary,knowledge base and historical record data,after analyzing and summarizing the risk problems in these four aspects,a number of representative risk problems have been derived.In response to several risk issues in the software research and development of X company,the questionnaire survey method was used with a number of internal and external experts to obtain the main risk factors of software research and development for X company.They are: inaccurate product design analysis,incomplete understanding of business requirements,communication risk,changes in research and development technical solutions,changes in business requirements,quality risk,human resources risks,operating environment risks,construction period risks,and information security risks.For these risk factors,according to the research results from ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling),the main risk factors have the characteristics of a five-level cascade structure in the software research and development of X company.Among them,quality risk and construction period risk will directly affect the success or failure of software research and development for X company,while communication risks and human resource risks will also have a great impact on the success or failure of software research and development for X company.In short,in this paper,the ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling)is used to analyze the relationships between various risk factors of software research and development for X company,corresponding measures are put forward for some risks to enhance the ability in the field of software research and development risk management for X company,and provide certain reference value for X company in software research and development risk management.
