Research On Process Management Optimization Of G Software Enterprise Based On CMMI

After decades of development,software process management has formed many perfect theories,such as life cycle model,CMMI and so on,which provide strong guidance for software management.China's software started relatively late and developed rapidly in recent years,and many problems have been exposed in software management,especially the software management of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is still in a relatively extensive initial stage.the success or failure of the project depends on the efforts of the project team members,and the management level restricts the development of the company.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of software management is an important topic that many organizations need to study.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research work on software management,and there are many studies on how to implement CMMI in specific enterprises,but there are few studies on the combination of CMMI and knowledge management.This paper designs the optimization scheme of software management by combining CMMI and knowledge management to improve the software management level of G Company.Through on-the-spot investigation to understand the current management situation of G company,it is found that G company has some major problems in personnel management,project overdue,delivery quality,service quality and so on.This paper designs a management improvement scheme based on CMMI,which is optimized in process areas such as PP,RD,TS,PMC,OPD,OPF and so on,and the process improvement of CMMI is realized through information system.The scheme designed in this paper includes collaborative cloud management system and knowledge management system,which mainly solves the problem of software process management and asset reuse.Collaborative cloud system defines and configures different processes in the system to meet the changing requirements of process definition and specification of G Company,and takes the realization of requirements as the main line to realize the management of software projects.The knowledge management system mainly solves the problems of knowledge retention and use of G Company.The system establishes the knowledge management system of G Company from the aspects of knowledge generation,collection,storage,retrieval,update and application.In view of the collaborative cloud system that has been implemented,by analyzing the data before and after the implementation of the collaborative cloud system,it is observed that most of the projects have been effectively controlled and the project delay has been significantly improved.it is concluded that the program has significantly improved the implementation effect of the software.At the same time,it is also found that there is still a problem that the larger the project is,the harder it is to control,and there is still more room for optimization.According to the planned knowledge management system,carry on the data prediction,take the actual data of G company as the input parameter,use the way of data simulation,get the result data,through the analysis of the results,to demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme.In the initial stage of program implementation,a lot of resources need to be invested in the construction of knowledge management system,and the effect of improvement may not be obvious,but after the construction of knowledge management system is mature,the implementation efficiency can be greatly improved.This paper takes G Company as the research object,based on the perspective of the overall management of the company,analyzes the reasons that restrict software quality and implementation efficiency,puts forward an optimized scheme,evaluates and analyzes the scheme,and obtains the conclusion that the scheme is effective.It can provide help for the software implementation management of the enterprises studied in this paper,and has the practical significance of improving the efficiency of specific software enterprises;combining CMMI and knowledge management theory to solve problems,but also has a certain theoretical significance,hoping to give some enlightenment to other similar enterprises.
