Promoted by the Made in China 2025 plan,Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)has become an important research hotspot in intelligent manufacturing and industrial digitization and informatization.The distributed architecture CPS has a large number of heterogeneous devices.These heterogeneous devices generate a large amount of time series data all the time.These data are transmitted through wired networks,wireless networks,and local gateways.How to collect,transmit and monitor them in real time is a key issue related to the efficiency of business management and the adaptability to changes.This article first introduces the related ideas and technical framework of CPS and monitoring system,and concludes that the focus of system design is equipment intercommunication,namely protocol conversion and timing database.Then,based on the requirements of the network real-time monitoring system,a three-tier system design scheme was summarized,and the system was decomposed into a data collection layer,a data storage layer,and a monitoring cloud platform layer,thereby improving the low coupling and scalability of the system.Relieve system load pressure.The unified conversion of multi-source protocols is realized by using the OPC UA protocol.The OPC UA protocol is a set of general protocols for data interaction and providing semantic definition capabilities.Compared with other communication protocols,the OPC UA protocol has better compatibility because not only has it a unified descriptive information model and data but it can also ensure the security connections with different systems.The data collection layer uses the OPC UA server to fulfil the instantiation of the information model and uploads the data to the data storage layer through the client,and then uploads it to the cloud server by means of the MQTT mode.The data storage layer depends on the TDengine database to realize the storage and query function of time series data,and fulfil the design of the database table of the network real-time monitoring system.by referring to the TDengine storage model.The monitoring cloud platform layer connect the TDengine data source through the visual open source tool Grafana to realize the access to the data and get the information of the operating equipment statistics through the visible chart.The automatic alarm is realized by setting the rule engine,and if the abnormality happens,it will be warned in time through emails,text messages,Ding Ding APP and other methods.At present,the development with all the expected functional modules of the network real-time monitoring system for distributed CPS has been completed.The system is equipped on Huawei cloud servers in a cluster.Through functional and performance tests on the main modules of the system,it is found that the system has met the expected requirements in terms of data collection,data storage,and monitoring alarms,and can meet the requirements of distributed CPS for network...
