The device of power system in coal mines coal mines coal mining,transportation and drainage,and other production processes, its power supply line is short, and override trip is likely to occur. Because of the particularity of the underground power network and the complexity of the working environment, it is very difficulty to find the malfunction when the power line is aberrant. If the outage time was too long, it likely to cause huge economic and human losses. Thus, Real-time monitoring of the underground power grid is essential. As the core of the system for monitoring, the research of real-time database systems is necessary. Real-time database is the development of traditional database, Primary data are resident in memory, Can satisfy the monitoring and control system for process automation control of time requirements.This article is for scientific and technological projects in Henan Province- Study of High Performance power monitoring system in mine based on EtherCAT protocol,the real-time database of monitoring software, mainly to do the following work:First, through the analysis for the demand and features studies of downhole monitoring system to determine the real-time database overall design ideas and architecture;Second, for each part of the system, including of the development subsystem, run subsystem, and data acquisition subsystem separately analysis、modeling and gives some C ++ implementation;Third, the study of the various subsystems of the key technologies. Concurrency control in real-time transactions with a scheduling policy based data collection master transaction. For in-memory database technology has opened up with the use of shared memory between processes; Proposed of a secondary indexes technology with dynamic data and static data structure when data was stored; Using priority-based and multithreading mechanism to improve the access speed of data; use of subcontracting and multi-threaded data collected during the data collection to further improve the speed of data acquisition system.
