| As an important part of my country’s national economy,the construction industry has received more and more attention from the country in recent years.At the same time,the scale of investment in national infrastructure projects has been expanding,and has gradually shown a trend of complexity,large-scale and diversification.As the engineering materials that account for more than 60% of the total project cost,its management is directly related to the quality and efficiency of the entire project.Therefore,construction companies must actively seek new supply chain management models and management techniques to cope with this huge problem.At present,there are still many problems in the supply chain management of construction engineering materials in my country,such as the lack of effective communication methods between the project department and the material suppliers,resulting in the disconnection of material supply in different engineering stages,and serious waste of human,financial,and material resources;each participating in the supply chain The degree of information sharing between entities is not high,and public data between different enterprises needs to be repeatedly established,and it is impossible to track and monitor all aspects of material procurement,warehousing,distribution,etc.;the relevant processes under the current model rely excessively on the approval system,approval system,and Manual operations such as the filing system make it difficult to respond flexibly and quickly to the uncertainty of material demand.These problems all need to be solved urgently.Starting from the actual situation of the construction industry,this article first analyzes the current situation and reasons of the supply chain management of construction engineering materials,and then analyzes the construction materials based on the blockchain by building a two-dimensional collaborative model of the blockchain and construction materials supply chain.The applicability of the supply chain management model is verified by constructing a supply chain cost model.Finally,in the example part,take the construction material quality management process composed of ZDJ construction company,material supplier,logistics service provider and supervisor as an example,aiming at the disadvantages of ZDJ company’s traditional material quality management model,by optimizing the construction material quality management system,So as to realize the material demand forecasting,material intelligent procurement,inventory management and other functions in the material system platform. |
