Research On User Experience Design Of AR Products Based On Industrial Production Applications

With the continuous development of 5G network,the application of intelligent technology in industrial production is gradually being emphasized by various countries.In order to keep up with the needs of the times,China has put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan,in which the traditional industrial production model will be broken,and daily production will become faster,more flexible and more efficient,which is a new change to promote the development of China's industrial field.Among them,augmented reality(hereinafter referred to as AR)technology,as a pillar technology of this change,is increasingly used in the industrial field,bringing more brand-new experiences to the public.However,AR technology is still in the exploration and development period in the industrial production field,and there is still a long way to go before the practical application in industrial production.Although there are indeed many enterprise-level AR products on the market at this stage,most of them still stay on the purpose of meeting usability,focusing on breaking through the limitations of AR technology,and there is relatively little research on the user experience design of AR products,therefore,the research on the user experience design of AR products based on industrial production application is of great potential value.At present,the development of AR industry is mainly technology-oriented,but there are not many user-oriented researches,which largely limits the development of AR industry.To address this problem,this paper will focus on the user experience characteristics of AR products and the current application status in industrial production from the perspective of user experience,take user experience design as the theoretical basis,summarize the four design principles of user experience of AR products in industrial production application,and use it as a design guide to study the user experience design of Pfister AR system.According to the method of user experience design,understanding user needs and analyzing user's emotional experience,the user experience design of Pfister AR system is explored from two aspects of information architecture design and user interface design,seeking more innovative possibilities.
