The Study On Climate Change Report Of Chinese Mainstream Newspapers From The Perspective Of Constructive Journalism(2013-2019)

"China Environment News" editor Yang Lihua once pointed out that my country's climate reporting is gradually emerging under the guidance of the government,so it is easy to play the role of government spokesperson.The media lacks analysis of the deep-seated causes of climate disasters,active response plans,and reflections on lessons.It also reflects that my country's media have failed to play a constructive role in reporting on climate change.This article selects 13 national newspapers under the jurisdiction of the central media and units as the research objects,adopts content analysis and text analysis,and uses the "four major orientations" of constructive news to systematically analyze the construction of climate change reports from 2013 to 2019 It summarizes the characteristics of climate change reports,and discusses and reflects on this.The research found that: in terms of action orientation,climate change reports show a “trough-peak” media attention cycle pattern,focusing on the use of “action” reporting themes and content,revealing the passive situation of mainstream media in climate change reporting;public orientation On the one hand,news sources have obvious official bias,and the interaction between the government and the public is not sufficient,and the constructive news concept of "empowering the people" has not been reached;in terms of future orientation,news genres are dominated by news,through the news genre and reporting Cross-analysis of content found that,in terms of time,climate change reports show a reporting orientation focusing on the present and facing the future;in terms of program orientation,mainstream media adopts a countermeasure narrative framework that combines "response" and "efficiency",and the solution is biased Effective plan,thus achieving the constructive goal oriented by the plan.Results: The climate change report of the landscape from the perspective of constructive news has the following characteristics:(1)The climate change report has the meaning of "action";(2)The climate change report has the characteristics of future reporting;Change the possible solutions of the report;and the characteristics of different spots:(1)The purpose of each newspaper for the theme of action is to seek;(2)"Program-oriented" is not the commonality of mainstream newspapers.There are the following groups:(1)mainstream media's “continuous attention” to the theme of climate change;(2)the “communicator”thinking with a wide range of climate change changes;(3)the presentation of solutions;(4)land The "constructive" performance of constructive earth climate change is insufficient.On the whole,the spread of climate change stories in mainstream newspapers is characterized by "future-oriented" and "future-oriented",and "action-oriented","oriented" and "public-oriented" have been fully demonstrated.
