Research On Production Process Optimization Of H Company Based On Petri Net

In the past ten years,with the continuous enhancement of my country’s economic strength and the rapid development of science and technology,people’s lives have improved significantly,and the overall requirements for materials have become higher and higher,resulting in an increasingly severe competitive environment faced by manufacturing enterprises.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises among the peers and deliver low-cost and high-quality products to customers on time,enterprises are required to pay attention to related production processes,analyze and optimize the problems existing in the current processes,so as to make them more compliant and in line with the company.development of.This article takes the production process of the microphone parts of H company as an example,analyzes and sorts out the production process and related data,and understands that the production process is too cumbersome,the information level is low,and the serial links are too many.Use Petri net related theory to model the production process,combine correlation matrix,invariant analysis and PIPE simulation technology to analyze each node in the model,optimize the unreasonable points,and achieve the goal of shortening the product production cycle and reducing product costs.The main research content of this paper has the following three points:(1)Analyze the current situation and existing problems of H company’s production process.First introduce the basic situation of H company,then analyze the company’s organizational structure,describe the company’s production process and constraints in detail,and finally analyze the problems in the data summary process.(2)Establish a Petri net model to analyze and optimize the production process of H company.Model the company’s production process with relevant theoretical knowledge of Petri nets,analyze the performance of the established model using incidence matrix and invariant analysis,use PIPE simulation technology to verify the operability of the model,and find out the conflict and waste of resources in the model And then use business process optimization methods to optimize these nodes.(3)Evaluate the effect of the optimized production process.The time Petri net is constructed by introducing time variables into the transition to analyze the change of the total transition time before and after optimization,and compare and analyze the changes before and after optimization from the three aspects of production cycle,number of workstations,and number of workers,and calculate the effect of production process optimization.
