Process Of Industrial Production Scheduling Simulation Method

Production scheduling is the command centre of production running in enterprises. Therefore, it's necessary to carry on researches on production scheduling in the process enterprise, which will have important theoretical significance and practical values. Because of the complexity and uncertainty, the scheduling experts would like to know the feasibility of the scheduling cases and the adaptability to uncertain information, while, some problems will be predicted. Petri net as a kind of modeling tool in graphics mode has been widely used in analysis of production system and evolution of resource states. Using Petri net to simulate the production scheduling, not only the scheduling professionals can know the scheduling cases and scheduling process, but also the performance and states of the realistic system could be analyzed, then the right scheduling method and case can be adopted.The production scheduling of process industry and related research methods are reviewed first, the application of the Petri net in the simulation of production scheduling of process industry is discussed, then the simulation method of production scheduling of process industry is deeply researched. The Hybrid Petri Net has been an important method in the modeling of hybrid system. In the second chapter, the character, advantage and disadvantage are discussed, an object-oriented Petri net simulation system with related design and simulation method is presented at the bases of Petri net.
