D Media Group Financial Diagnosis And Crisis Early Warning

Financial diagnosis and crisis early warning method is an effective way which is based on financial situation analysis and diagnosis of a company,to check out the problems in the enterprise and propose precautionary measures,according to the crisis warning issued by early warning indicators.This thesis takes D Media Group,a leading cultural corporation and first-class province-owned enterprise,as the study object.It has been in existence for seven years,with total assets of 16.9 billion yuan,gross revenue of 8.3 billion yuan,and 85 holding subsidiaries,taking the responsibility of building a radio,television and omnimedia corporation in G province.However,after 2016,profit growth of D group began to slow down,and the statement of operation fluctuated greatly.Through diagnosing the financial situation of the company,this paper aims to establish crisis early warning indicator system,give financial crisis early warning and propose appropriate solutions for the company.Firstly,by means of literature search,the author grasps the theories and methods related to financial diagnosis and crisis early warning,and the characters of cultural media industry.Secondly,through financial analysis,this paper analyses and diagnoses the asset quality and business ability,debt risk and debt paying ability,operation result and profitability,cash flow and income quality,operation growth and development ability of G group.Thirdly,according to the weight of the main business of the group,this paper focuses on integrating the performance evaluation standards of the industry,and through combining with the group's own historical situation,the crisis early warning indicator system of D media group is established from multiple dimensions.Then,through the indicator warning method and traffic light warning method,it puts forward the crisis signals of D media group,such as low income quality,and revenue capacity declining;low investment income and weak cost control;uprush of liability with interest and debt paying capacity weakening;asset growth,and insufficient operating capacity;traditional business profits declining and weak revenue growth;small profit space and insufficient development potential,etc.Finally,in view of the above crisis signals,it puts forward solutions and development suggestions such as comprehensively starting resource integration and process optimization;improving quality and efficiency around the "five major sectors" of the group;actively building a strategic commanding heights in the future,and increasing the development potential of the enterprise;strengthening system construction and internal management,and strictly controlling risks.
