Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Safety Production Early Warning System

With the rapid development of economy and technology,enterprises have seized this good opportunity for development and continuously expanded the production scale of enterprises.However,in the rapid expansion of enterprises and accelerating development,they have neglected the issue of safe production of enterprises.The occurrence of major safety accidents has attracted more and more attention of safety production.Most of the traditional safety management is based on experience and visual inspection.However,this type of management tends to ignore some hidden security problems that cannot be confirmed through visual observation,and lacks quantitative assessment of the current safety status,which cannot achieve the effect of prevention.In order to solve this series of problems,it is urgent to establish a set of index systems that can characterize the state of safety production,and use advanced forecasting methods to troubleshoot the safety hazards that may lead to accidents.This system adopts the traditional SSH architecture and the J2EE technology to implement the B/S&C/S composite architecture,it takes the guiding ideology of the safety management of PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)cycle as the early warning mechanism.According to the industrial and trade industry safety early warning index,the early warning data that affect the enterprise production safety are collected,and then the system uses the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)analytic hierarchy process and the linear weighted sum method to determine the weight of each data index item and establishes the relevant safety early warning mechanism,finally the early warning information of enterprise production will be released regularly in a visual way to help enterprises conduct safety hidden trouble investigation and standardize enterprise safety production.The system is mainly divided into early warning data maintenance,early warning data collection,data processing,early warning and prediction analysis,early warning information release and user management modules.At present,the system has been on-line and has met the needs of the enterprise well,and it has achieved the system's expected construction goals.The system effectively realizes the effect of enterprise safety production early warning.Through the collection of relevant early warning data,early warning prediction and early warning information release,it has played a very good guiding role in helping enterprises to check the hidden danger of safety production.
