With the development of social networks,vertical social networking based on interest graphs has been under development.Based on the perspective of the interactive ritual chain,this paper starts from the user's vertical social experience process,and takes vertical social applications as the starting point of the research,aiming to realize the user's experience closed loop in the vertical social process.First of all,this topic analyzes from the perspective of "people" and "scene" and divides the user's vertical social experience process into four stages from the perspective of the interactive ritual chain: social interaction exploration stage,short-term emotional formation stage,and emotional energy accumulation stage,Loyalty formation stage.At the same time,based on a certain theoretical basis,through the analysis of users' vertical social psychological motivation and behavior,sum up and infer the vertical social motivation-behavior-experience model,and explore the seven types of social experiences that users obtain in the vertical social process: hedonic experience,hedonic experience,Utilitarian experience,identity experience,emotional experience,trust experience,achievement experience,and belonging experience.Secondly,this topic analyzes from the perspective of "products",taking "Maimai" and other vertical social applications as research cases,and from the perspective of interactive ritual chain from the perspective of functional mechanism,information content,interactive behavior,and sensory perception.On four levels,it analyzes the experience design features of existing products,and explores the key elements that these experience design features have on the interactive ritual process.After that,this topic combed and summarized the previous research content,and proposed three key points of experience design for vertical social applications from the perspective of the interactive ritual chain: grasping the intermediary role of interactive rituals in the experience formation process,the associated experience cycle and the interactive ritual stage The relationship between the two and the indirect promotion of key elements in the process of experience formation.Finally,based on experience design goals and key points of experience design,this topic proposes an experience design strategy for vertical social applications from the perspective of the interactive ceremony chain.Among them,the short-period experience design strategy includes four points: strengthen the user's sense of realism and shared presence to promote the generation of social presence,deepen the vertical field to create social boundaries,personal interest-related group interests form the focus of attention,and strengthen synchronized social interaction to promote emotional resonance;long-term The experience design strategy includes two points: to encourage users to create a sense of accomplishment,and to create group symbols to strengthen group unity.
