Archives Of Wuhai City Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Public Service

Archives is the only carrier in Wuhai city prefecture,it does not only has custody of the social economy and culture archival source in Wuhai area,but also has to offer the public service functions.Due to various factors,the public service ability of Wuhai city archives is limited,the role of it is not efficient.Nowadays,more and more citizens came to ask for information and pubic service.Facing the rising demand from local people,Wuhan archives need to improve its facilities and ability of serving,and become the power to promote the continuous development of archival undertaking in the Wuhai area power.In this paper,the author discussed public service ability for archives of Wuhai city,namely its problems and their countermeasures.The full text is divided into five parts and the second to the fifth chapter is the focus.On the problems existing in the archives of public service,the author used table,pie chart,histogram,entirely intuitive to reflect the Wuhai city archives's condition of library collection structure,the level of archive's informatization,talent team,accessibility etc.The article dealt of problems existing in these aspects,such as resource sharing.And through the classified analysis,this paper has pointed out that archives in Wuhai city public service should make efforts to solve the problems and development direction is strengthening the concept of public service,optimize the structure,the innovation of public library service mode,etc.
