Research On The Development Strategy Of Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group

With the development of new media in recent years,the original communication methods and profit structure of traditional domestic media have changed.Under the shock of new media,newspaper circulation‘s reduction has led to a sharp decline in advertising profits.At the same time,the increase in labor costs and paper prices have also put pressure on the basic costs of the traditional newspaper industry.This article sets Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group(hereinafter referred to as Chongbao Group)as the research object,explores the current situation of Chongbao Group under industry pressure,analyzes Chongbao Group's opportunities and challenges,tries to construct a a development strategy suitable which apply to Chongbao Group,and expects to provide new development ideas for other domestic newspaper groups.This article firstly introduces related concepts such as new media,business strategy,diversified development,industrial chain,the media industry and so on,and clarifies related theories;secondly,through the introduction of the development status of Chongbao Group,the article analyzes environment of Chongbao Group from the macro environment,industry and competition environment and real encironment;thirdly,this paper focuses on the development of Chongqing Daily Press Group,clarifies the development strategy of Chongqing Daily Press Group,and analyzes the problems and dilemmas existing in the development of Chongqing Daily Press Group;finally,the article tries to build a new multi-industry development strategy to help Chongbao Group keeping developing,and proposes relevant safeguards for the implementation of this development path.
