The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Newspaper Industry In Chongqing County

Local newspapers in China belongs to the central and provincial and city "three newspapers in the third grade, system in the end, accounted for the total number of 45% of all types of the newspapers. In the current media environment facing double competition from new media and national and provincial newspaper group, how to survive in the severe environment, seeks the development, is an important task in front of the local journalists.Currently 38 districts and counties of Chongqing Municipality, each district has a copy of their local party newspaper, total radiation more than 30 million population, which do daily has exceeded 50%. In suburb of Chongqing newspaper industry is the existence of a series of problems, is also facing many opportunities. The topic of this article comes in the investigation of Bana daily, in the districts and counties of Chongqing newspaper industry as a leader, Bana daily itself exist what problem, and what are the operating characteristics, face what newspapers in the external environment, how to seize the good opportunities for development, these are the main content of this paper.The introduction part mainly explains the background, significance and basis of research, discusses the theoretical basis and the related domestic and abroad, the purpose of this study, and the research contents and methods, characteristics and innovations. The body part has four chapters. The first chapter analyzes the development status of Chongqing County newspaper the definition, including the county newspaper, Chongqing County newspaper and the advantages and disadvantages of Banan daily status. The second chapter uses the strategic management of the "SWOT" model to analyze the Banan Daily’s internal and external environment, including its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats.
