Design Of The Generation Method Of High-precision High-voltage Pulse

Oscilloscope calibrator is a device that plays an important role in the development,debugging,testing and calibration of various oscilloscopes.The main purpose of this subject is to develop a high-precision high-voltage pulse generator circuit in the oscilloscope calibrator,which requires a high-voltage pulse with an amplitude range of250 V and an edge time of 80 ns.The main research content includes:(1)Design of high-voltage chopper circuit: Design the high-voltage pulse signal generation module of the oscilloscope calibrator.In response to the requirements of the module for high voltage,rising edge,falling edge and voltage accuracy,the focus is on research and design of a circuit based on the principle of high-voltage chopping to generate high-voltage pulses.(2)Design of high-voltage adjustable power supply circuit: According to the index requirements of target parameters,a suitable adjustable high-voltage power supply should be designed.The peripheral circuit is designed according to the requirements of the highprecision high-voltage pulse generating circuit,and through simulation and experiments,it is ensured that the indicators of the adjustable high-voltage power supply meet the requirements of the target parameters.(3)Verification and measurement of pulse waveform: The goal of the design is to output a high-voltage pulse signal with fast rising and falling edges to verify whether the circuit designed for the subject meets the requirements.Combine the indicators of the oscilloscope calibrator to evaluate the design results.After repeated experiments and debugging,a preliminary realization is achieved: a pulse signal with amplitude of 1V?250V,frequency range of 10Hz?100k Hz,duty cycle of 10%?90%,and edge time of less than 80 ns.
